Your muscles are tense from all the awesome rides you’ve been going on, so join us for a weekly yoga class to release that stress and strengthen your core. Yoga for cyclists starts Monday 6/5 at 6:00 PM, and will run every other Monday through 8/28 here in our newly renovated side-room. These classes are going to be beginner-friendly and taught by our friend, local yogi and bike messenger extraordinaire, Tina. Classes are BYOMat and cost $6 a pop. No experience necessary, just bring comfy clothes (and a mat).
Tina is also going to be running a donation drive for lightly used yoga mats to go formerly incarcerated individuals, so if you have a mat to spare, please consider bringing it along.
